Sato NX Series - The future of barcode label printers

The new Sato NX series of thermal printers from Barcode-IT really do offer users everything they could want in a printer and more. Easy to operate, rugged and compatible with numerous legacy printer systems, the NX series of printers can be slotted into existing printer populations with zero change to the system. Available in both 4 inch (CL4NX) and 6 inch (CL6NX) media width options, the NX Series can be used for most labelling requirements.

Printing at different resolutions is no longer an issue, as printheads are not only user changeable (they simply clip in) but you can choose between 203dpi, 305dpi and 609dpi* without the need to have multiple printers. The printheads and platen rollers even include a guaranteed warranty of 30,000km! This gives ultimate flexibility to users and saves future costs if business needs change.

Contact us today on 01200 441977 to arrange your free trial - though we warn you, we have a 100% buy rate on trials as no-one has ever returned one from loan yet!

Compatible With Your Existing Printer Population

The CLNX Series is ideal to replace your ageing printer population or to slot into an existing population, if the printer you currently use has been made obsolete. Say for example you have a fleet of Zebra ZM400 printers but aren't keen on the new Zebra replacement, then the Sato CL4NX is a great printer option. Able to accept ZPL (Zebra Printer Language), the CL4NX can take outside or inside wound ribbons, so you don't need to change your software or be left with outstanding ribbon stock.

Replacing multiple legacy label printers

If you are replacing multiple printers from different manufacturers, for example Zebra and Datamax, using different drivers or application.  No worries, the Sato NX detects the language send and swaps to the correct printer language on the fly.

Intuitive Operation

Staff can't remember or don't know how to perform routine maintenance? Not a problem! The CLNX Series features a colour display, which shows guidance videos to assist in error resolution and printer maintenance. Coloured operational touch points ensure safe operation and interactions with moveable parts. The GUI is fully customisable to control content and security enabled menu access to let administrators personalise the operating experience.

Durable Design

The CLNX Series has a full metal casing including front panel and side covers, protecting against the harsh industrial environment often encountered in warehouse and distribution facilities. The die-cast aluminium frame, print and ribbon mechanism provide solid stability to ensure print quality and printer durability.

Cost Effective To Maintain

The CLNX Series features field installable consumable parts, including printheads and platen roller. Forget costly engineer visits and waiting times to fit these parts, simply snap in a new printhead or platen, no tools needed, and printing can be resumed. The head check function performs printhead status analysis before each print to ensure printing accuracy every time and 10 finite adjustment, preset darkness levels for optimal print performance settings.
